It was “Day one that Bush and his administration planned to go to war with Saddam”. It wasn’t 9/11 that “changed everything”. Bush asking his administration to find a way to get Saddam out of power. Guess they did just that.
Bush had run a campaign on “No Nation building” but all the while had been planning to do just that.
