Rumsfeld’s demeanor kills me. He loses 2.3 trillion dollars and when asked about it looks as if he’s going to start laughing at any moment. I find it hard to believe that this Senate could just let this pass without hanging Rumsfeld.

I don’t care about Rumsfeld anymore, good riddance. But… the system(?) is still in place and Ike is spinning in his grave.
Exactly why I posted the video. It amazes me that he can say the money is lost with a smile on his face to senate.
In any other job I can think of in the world if you lost that much money you’d be in jail.
