There may be a standing military unit, whatever standing might actually mean; BUT martial has been initiated(??); martial alw is not initiated, put into force and effect until the president declares it, and, I question seriously, that any president of this nation has constitutional standing/powers to ‘waive” the Connstitution, since the president acts lawfully only under the pwoers of the Constitution, then to suspend it would suggest he suspends his lawful/Constitutional power to act: That is how it is IF they honor/abide by the Constitution. However, having said that, I’ll accept the fact that the crooks and domestic enemies(politicos) in D.C. could care less about constitutional restrictions on their power(s) to act.

If in fact martial law is declared, and/or the US military moves, in any manner against American citizens then you can throw out any and all laws and consider martial law as a declaration of war against all American citizens, and you’ll either fight or become a prisoner.

For me, this whole thing started when I saw the movie “Zietgiest”, about blew my socks off and rocked my world, to say the least. The next was “America: Freedom to Fascism”. then an investigation into Title 26 of the internal revenue code. wow. my government REALLY IS RIPPING ME OFF!!! Then 911. whoa. I didnt want to believe it, but the evidence just absolutely spoke for itself, and about 3,000 people who died. Then came along Ron Paul…the only candidate who spoke not lies, not truth, but CONSTITUTION. wow, big surprise that since he didnt exactly fit in to the “proper” candidate model of presidency, that he just mysteriously didnt get the air time that would have awakened the people and “unplugged” the people from their comas. Then came Alex Jones…..totally awesome guy and a TRUE
patriot!! Then wars, and rumors of wars. the economic collapse (during which I bought silver for dirt cheap) And now, today, why am I soooo NOT surprised at the FEMA camps and the recent imposition or trial, of martial law. You know, soon enough, like the Mayans predicted, and the Hopi, and the Chinese, the UNIVERSE will get tired of all the HATE, and will PURGE the earth of all the rotten things governments have become accustomed to doing, like oppression, slavery, tyranny, rascism, sexism, assassinations of GOOD ppl, ethnic cleansing, torture, and greed greed greed. Soon enough….soon enough

JIM: I am listening to Alex Jones interviewing a Congressman who says he was informed that martial law would be used if he didn’t go along with the bail out plan. It seems to stem from the March 13, 2008 secret meeting that Congress members had.

The forces are in place in case “something” goes down. Possibly a run on banks or some kind of Oct. surprise in the form of an “attack” of some sort.

Think Bush would go all the way? Hmmm He has shown that he is more than willing.

This doesn’t surprise me at all. But what does is the fact that 98% of America is asleep and so are more than half of the good politicians who have allowed this and other events to take place. This is a plan initiated by the bad guys in government to force the NWO on us. Take a look at the executive order that Bush declared which will allow the presidency to declare martial law and control all aspects of every states local offices. DO A SEARCH on google.
We don’t have much time left. If you do research on all the ancient religions you will find that our solar system is a binary system… two suns and the other is fast approaching it’s 2012 arrival date. You will see it in May 2009 with the naked eye. They built the South Pole Telescope to monitor it and are keeping it secret! Hmmm, why are all the Scientists going there daily swarn to secrecy? The government wants as many of us to parish in the impending doom so that their plan will have little resistance. Look at revelations.. the “Destroyer” comes. The Egyptian, Baybelonian, Mayan and Native American religions all show the evidence! Every 3760 years approximately and as Revelations says that we will see changes in the earth preceding the event.. storms, earth quakes, wars and rumors of wars. Man will receive the mark of the beast… we are supposed to try to avoid this at all risks. The economic failure is here and although not finished yet but it is the reason that we will be forced to accept the chips in order for the government to issue us food etc and to control us before the end.

WAKE UP FROM YOUR COMMA PEOPLE!

Do some research you’ll find we didn’t invent batteries.. (Bagdad battery) even the Egyptians had electricity! Lots to learn and the info is at your finger tips!

Educate your self… because your government won’t teach you the correct history and won’t take care of you.. they will however use you as a slave!

I cna’t believe there aren’t any other responses to this. Am I hearing this right…a military unit assigned to stateside urban ‘crowd control’? What is happening right now is historic. I’dlike to know what Alex Jones thinks about this one.
