Congress does have Constitutional Power to End Iraq War

I’m seeing a lot of congress say they want the war to end but doing nothing about it.

Feingold: If nothing happens it’s not because congress doesn’t have the power to it’s because congress doesn’t have the “will”.

So basically congress has no balls and nothing once again will get done. I keep thinking Americans will stand up and stop the tug of war in politics — wtf was I thinking.
